This offer is valid on selected styles and colours which are marked with SALE (take 25% Off) or FINAL SALE (take an extra 25% off) and purchased 25% Off. Some exclusions apply.
Full priced Items purchased with the 25% off discount online during The Coco & Lola One Day Sale Event 2024 can only be returned for a Store Credit.
Final Sale items purchased during The Coco & Lola One Day Sale Event 2024 with the further 25% off promotion can not be returned unless deemed faulty by Coco & Lola. A final sale item is an item that is already on sale and purchased with an additional 25%off.
Orders placed before or after The Coco & Lola One Day Sale Event 2024 cannot have the discount applied to the order.
SHIPPING
All orders purchased during The Coco & Lola One Day Sale Event 2024 will begin dispatching from Wednesday 1st of May 2024.
All orders purchased during The Coco & Lola One Day Sale Event 2024 may take up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) to be dispatched.
You will receive an email with the tracking details upon fulfillment of your order.
Orders from The Coco & Lola One Day Sale Event 2024 will be dispatched in order of them being placed.
ONLINE RETURNS
Full priced Items purchased with the 25% off discount during The Coco & Lola One Day Sale Event 2024 can only be returned for a store credit.
This includes any Full Priced item that has been purchased with the 25% off discount automatically applied at the checkout.
Sale Items purchased as a FINAL SALE item during The Coco & Lola One Day Sale Event 2024 cannot be returned, unless the item is deemed faulty by our internal Coco & Lola Team. This includes any items that are further reduced with an additional 25% off.
Orders placed before or after The Coco & Lola One Day Sale Event 2024 cannot have the discount applied to the order.
Full priced items (New Arrivals / Sale Exclusions) purchased during the sale period are subject to the standard returns eligibility, for more information view our Shipping & Returns page for more details. This includes items* purchased without a discount.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS

CLICK & COLLECT
We are excited to be able to offer our Click and Collect service during The Coco & Lola One Day Sale Event 2024 . Due to the overwhelming response to our sale event, there is a slight delay on when Click and Collect orders will be ready at your selected boutique.
Our Online Customer Care Team will send you an email when your order is ready to collect at your selected boutique. Please allow up to 5-7 days for all Click & Collect orders to be ready for collection.
