Please note during promotional or sale periods, it can take up to 72 hours to disaptch your order. This is due to the volume of sales we receive. Once you receive your tracking notification, your item will reach you within normal shipping time frames as per below.

STORE PICK-UP (NEDLANDS, WA ONLY)

If your order is in stock and your order is placed before 1pm Monday - Friday, we’ll have these ready for you to collect in 3 hours. Alternatively if you order after 1pm, your order will be ready to collect by 10am the next day. If your item is not available at our Nedlands store, you will be notified immediately and we will transfer it within 1-2 business days.
Please note you must wait for a confirmation email before coming into store as we can not guarantee your order will be ready.
EXPRESS SHIPPING AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND WIDE
Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours. When you order before 12pm WST your order will be sent same day. You will receive a dispatch notification once dispatched. We offer Startrack Express shipping to our AU customers. Express shipping means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 1-2 business days after receiving your dispatch notification (this will include your tracking number).
All parcels are 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE' meaning StarTrack will leave in the safest place/at your door if no one is home to answer.
If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. We will notify you via email if your order is split. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders.
FAST SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
We offer DHL Express to all our international customers. This will take approximately 3-5 working days depending on your location. Costs vary depending on your location but you will be provided a cost upon checkout. Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (please check your spam/junk folder for your email in case it is treated as such). Please note your order can take a few hours to become available for tracking after you receive this number. If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us at email@example.com. We can then provide to you the tracking number.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Star Track, Australia Post or DHL (depending on the postage option you have chosen), however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you experience any delays.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
Please note all prices on Coco & Lola are quoted in Australian Dollars, and international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver.
