CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES | AU+NZ and International Orders
International orders will be delivered via DHL Express | Cut-off date: 15th December 2018
Australian/NZ orders are delivered via STARTRACK Express | Cut-off date: 19th December 2018
*Please note during the Christmas + New Years break orders will not be dispatched on the major public holidays.
For guaranteed New Years Eve deliveries we do ask all AU/NZ customers purchase before the Christmas break to avoid disappointment.
EXPRESS SHIPPING AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND WIDE
We offer Startrack Express shipping to our AU/NZ customers. Express shipping means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 1-2 business days after receiving your dispatch notification (this will include your tracking number).
All orders received before 3pm WST will be processed and shipped the same day, while afternoon orders will be processed the following morning. Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday). All parcels are 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE' meaning StarTrack will leave in the safest place/at your door if no one is home to answer. We are not able to leave at the closet Post Office.
FAST SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
We offer DHL Express to all our international customers. This will take approximately 3-5 working days depending on your location. Costs vary depending on your location but you will be provided a cost upon checkout. Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (please check your spam/junk folder for your email in case it is treated as such). Please note your order can take a few hours to become available for tracking after you receive this number. If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us at email@example.com. We can then provide to you the tracking number.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Star Track, Australia Post or DHL (depending on the postage option you have chosen), however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you experience any delays.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
Please note all prices on Coco & Lola are quoted in Australian Dollars, and international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver.
