Shipping Details

EXPRESS SHIPPING AUSTRALIA/NZ WIDE

We offer Startrack Express shipping to our AU/NZ customers. Shipping is only AU$10 on Australian orders under $150, for orders over this amount free shipping will automatically be applied on checkout. Express shipping means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 1-2 business days after receiving your dispatch notification (this will include your tracking number). *Please note our Toorak store dispatch parcels via Australia Post Express. Please allow up to 2 days for these parcels to get to you.

All orders received before 3pm WST will be processed and shipped the same day, while afternoon orders will be processed the following morning. Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday). All parcels are 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE' meaning StarTrack will leave in the safest place/at your door if no one is home to answer. We are not able to leave at the closet Post Office.

*Once your parcels have left Coco & Lola they are then property of Startrack. Coco & Lola is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at shop@cocoandlola.com.au if you experience any delays.

FAST SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

We offer DHL Express to all our international customers. This will take approximately 3-5 working days depending on your location. Costs vary depending on your location but you will be provided a cost upon checkout. Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday).

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Australia Post or DHL (depending on the postage option you have chosen), however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.

Please note all prices on Coco & Lola are quoted in Australian Dollars, and international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Coco & Lola are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (please check your spam/junk folder for your email in case it is treated as such). Please note your order can take a few hours to become available for tracking after you receive this number. If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us at shop@cocoandlola.com.au. We can then provide to you the tracking number.

If using Australia Post to track your order, please go to http://auspost.com.au/track or the website of your national postal service.

Please note that any spaces before or after your tracking number will make it appear invalid. Australia Post will only update the tracking status as it leaves Perth and then again when it reaches your nearest post office (generally the day it is delivered to you), therefore if the only entry says Perth, that means it is in transit to you.
