I've just placed an order! When should I expect to recieve it? 
Your order will be processed and sent the same day if your order is recieved by 3pm WST Monday to Friday. We use StarTrack Express on all Australian orders. Once you receive a dispatch notification your parcel should arrive within 1-2 business days.

I've accidently entered the wrong address. What should I do?
That's okay - these things happen! We ask you email shop@cocoandlola.com.au straight away with your correct details as once we hand your parcel over to StarTrack it is no longer our responsiblity. We suggest all Coco customers double (even triple!) check their address before completing their order. 

Oh no! My item is not quite right - what should I do? 
We are so sorry to hear! Please email shop@cocoandlola.com.au as soon as possible and one of our Coco girls will assist you! Please note we don't offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or wrong decision.

All AfterPay and ZipPay orders can only be exchanged online. Our boutiques are not able to process exchanges or action credit notes.

Am I able to exchange an online item in one of your stores?
Yes (and no!) if you purchased an item using a debit/credit card, gift voucher or credit note you can pop into one of our stores to complete your exchange. All AfterPay and ZipPay orders can only be exchanged via our eBoutique. Our boutiques are not able to process exchanges or action credit notes for items purchased via these two carriers. For smooth and easy exchanges we do ask you email us before visiting one of our stores so we have all relevant information ready.

What is your return policy? 
We are happy to provide an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months) on all full priced items. Sale items are strictly exchange over. Items that have been further reduced with a coupon or promotional code are final. We do not accept refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or wrong decision.

How do I return my item?
Please email shop@cocoandlola.com.au or call 08 6389 1547 during business hours to obtain an RA number and complete the Returns Form provided.

Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.

I would like to pre-order a particular style. What is involved? 
We offer pre-order on exclusive pieces that we have limited units in. This means you will be able to secure your size before the release date. You will be required to pay the total amount due at the time you place your pre-order. Please note whilst we can not guarantee an exact date of arrival, and can only given you an estimate, we will endeavour to keep you as informed as possible. Our returns policy remains the same for pre-orders and we are unable to provide a refund for change or mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We offer DHL Express to all our international customers which takes approximately 3-5 working days depending on your location. Shipping will be calculated at the checkout for each country.
Taxes; Coco and Lola can not not be held responsible for any extra charges that may be applied to your order by customs.

What size am I?
Please refer to our Sizing Guide for more information.
Some brands may vary from these measurements and we suggest refering to their own website for more information.
